About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Institutional Sales Cash & Trade Management to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving the company's success, with responsibilities including originating, arranging, and facilitating transactions of letters of credit and trade-related guarantees with financial institutional clients. This role demands a professional with a strong background in the correspondent banking industry, sound product knowledge of cash management services and trade finance products, and a solid awareness of compliance, non-financial, and business risks in the region. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing client relationships, ensuring all KYC requirements are met, and working with the Product Management team to develop innovative solutions. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have several years of experience in correspondent banking, a proven track record in a client-facing sales role, and the ability to communicate effectively the company's and global business strategy. The position requires a candidate with a University degree, native-level Bahasa Indonesia, and fluency in English. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to uphold legal and regulatory requirements, and a willingness to travel frequently are essential.
