About the Role

The Company is seeking a Program Management Lead for its U.S. Retail Bank Account Opening Oversight Team. This role is pivotal in the centralization of support for new account opening and closing processes across various business channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing evolution of account opening governance, with a focus on expanding to account closures and letters technical integration. They will serve as a key coordinator for the end-to-end business process, particularly in the execution of business solutions related to letter integration, account opening and closing, and FDIC 370 controls and initiatives. The role also involves overseeing program plans to ensure they meet business goals, driving improved contributions, and enhancing the control environment to ultimately improve the customer experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in retail banking, business execution, operations, or product management, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The Program Management Lead will be expected to identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, process efficiencies, and the control environment. Compliance with FDIC 370 regulations is a key aspect of the role, including issue identification, remediation, and the annual attestation process. The candidate should be adept at providing reporting and issue resolution on account opening matters, maintaining engagement with various business partners, and ensuring that projects are properly prioritized and funded. The position requires a proactive individual who can sponsor initiatives and is skilled in project and program management within the retail banking sector.
