2nd Shift Order Selector
Distribution is an integral piece of the supply chain, and your skills are needed to strengthen that chain.

The day to day

Your day begins at 3:00 p.m. and ends at “ finish .” Finish can be working anywhere between an 8- 12 hour shift, in a clean and organized area
Picking, packing, and labeling products for shipment will be your contribution to maintaining a high-functioning shipping operation.
The staging area is where your work is displayed and prepped for inspection.
You will partner with the load coordinator and work together in loading assigned trucks.
What you have
Attention to details. You pull what is ordered, and you keep the mistakes to a minimum.
Ability to read numbers and letters. Ability to understand locations.
Physical ability to be on your feet for several hours, the ability to push and pull carts, the ability to lift product (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to work 3:00 pm – early morning.
Obsessive attention to safety. You lift with your legs, you wear appropriate PPE, you are careful with the forklift, you make sure you are part of creating a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
