Central Gardens Post-Acute is looking to expand their team!

We are looking for a GREAT WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST to be a part of our work family.

The Receptionist position is limited to clerical duties only and is located and limited to the Reception/Administrative area. The main purpose of this position is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephone.

Weekend - Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor
• Monitor visitor access Maintain visitor sign-in log
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Take and relay messages
• Direct people to the appropriate destination
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Receive and sort mail
• Provide general administrative and clerical support - limited to the receptionist area
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Professional personal presentation
