12+ years of experience in Architect and implementing Talent/HR Solution application including Workday Application
Lead customer through all project phases of Workday HCM Implementation including Discovery, Architect, Configuration/Prototype, testing and Deploy
Must have Certification in Core HR for Workday & having additional Workday Sub module certification advantage (Recruiting or Absence or Canada Payroll or US Payroll)
Advice customer in fully integrating the workday system with their business environment
Ownership on HR Solution implementation and create data architecture and providing best practices consulting expertise in architectural strategy and implementation
Incorporate Security principles into all technology strategies and solution Developed
