Yoga Instructors at BKB are responsible for teaching a variety of Yoga Fitness Series classes to our members and guests. The Yoga Instructor will ensure the timely start and finish of each class, and create and lead sequences that are engaging and inspiring to our community.

**YOU WILL:**
* Create and lead engaging sequences
* Bring your personality and background into your teaching
* Provide a safe space for individuals to listen to their bodies, checking for consent before using touch and providing modifications and options when applicable
* Ensure class starts and ends on time
* Arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to class for any necessary set up and to greet participants
* Work with BKB staff to ensure all class participants are properly checked in
* Check that the space is clean and comfortable
* Positively inspire guests and members and delight them with your energy, enthusiasm and instruction
* Follow room opening and closing guidelines, leaving the instructional space tidy and organized
* Own your classes by securing subs when needed, and communicate changes to the GM/AGM
* Inform BKB management of problems or safety concerns as they arise
**YOU HAVE:**
* Experience teaching yoga in a group setting
* Valid Yoga Alliance certification(s) required
+ Minimum of 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification with Yoga Alliance
+ E-RYT and RYT-500 preferred
* Knowledge of and ability to implement group fitness teaching strategies, incorporating music, tempo, cueing technique, and rhythm to classes
* The ability to be professional while motivating class participants
* Your own liability insurance with Fifth Concerto Holdco Inc. named as an additional insured
* A valid CPR certification
* Climbing experience is a plus!
