POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an ambitious, confident, results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team and be a key contributor in Zutek's mission. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for creating long-term relationships, positioning Zutek's services to solve customer problems, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop trusted and consultative relationships with key decision makers throughout your customers' organizations
  • Manage the creation of proposals and presentations for your customers
  • Keep a constant pulse on the health of the Zutek-customer relationship
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals by understanding your customer's needs and proposing solutions
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and track progress toward revenue goals, adjusting strategies as needed to stay on target.
  • Stay up to date with sales trends, tools, and industry knowledge to enhance your skills and sales performance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management, and sales activities.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative, solution-driven approach.
  • Exceptional forecasting ability, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Expertise in delivering compelling presentations and pitches
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
  • Proficient in analyzing market data, performance metrics, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work with both direct and indirect accounts driving business for Zutek

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Business Administration, Marketing, Sales preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the technology, electronic systems, or installation services industry.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth in existing clients
  • Self-motivated and confident working in a remote work environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

On Target Earning: $170,000

  • $75,000 - $85,000 base salary
