We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our front office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and check them in for their appointments. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling. Coordinate with patients and providers to ensure efficient use of clinic time.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing and claims processing. Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and handle financial transactions.
• Confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and maintain the privacy of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ketamine Treatment Monitoring: Supervise patients receiving ketamine treatments, observing and documenting any symptoms and discharging patients at the completion of their treatment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a medical or psychiatric office setting is preferred. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, certification as a medical assistant preferred.
• Attributes: Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. Strong multitasking abilities and incentive to go above and beyond to provide patients a great experience.

Psychiatric evaluations are available for children, teens, and adults in a comfortable, judgment-free, welcoming environment. The specialists take pride in getting to know each patient and understand how to best treat their mental, emotional, or behavioral health concerns. Phoenix Pointe Psychiatry diagnoses and treats mental disorders like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. The practice also specializes in the management of behavioral disorders like attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). PTSD treatment plans are available to help individuals overcome prior trauma or life stressors.
