Job Title: Cabinet Refacing Installer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Refacing Installer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our customers' kitchens by installing high-quality cabinet refacing products. You will work closely with homeowners to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and ensure each project is completed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally install cabinet refacing products including doors, drawer fronts, veneers, and hardware
Perform minor cabinet modifications and repairs as needed
Ensure job site is clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in clients' homes
Accurately follow project specifications, measurements, and installation plans
Communicate effectively with the project manager and office team regarding progress and any onsite concerns
Ensure timely completion of jobs, typically within 3-5 days
Uphold the company’s reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity
Requirements:
Proven experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or related trade
Must provide own vehicle and tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry materials and tools (up to 75 lbs)
Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience specifically with cabinet refacing
Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and cabinet hardware
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Ability to travel for work
