Magnolia Behavior Therapy is hiring Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is growing, and we’re welcoming both experienced CBTs/RBTs and individuals who are beginning their work in the ABA field. At Magnolia, Behavior Technicians play a central role in the lives of the children and families we serve. CBTs and RBTs work one-on-one with children to support communication, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills. The consistency and care you bring to sessions directly shapes a child’s progress and a family’s experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Washington State CBT or RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain it)

• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ ABA (preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable, consistent and compassionate

 

Job Details:

• Job Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

• Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
