Their duties include studying blueprints and creating the design, cutting metal and manipulating it to build the project, and performing regular maintenance on their machinery.Key Responsibilities: Loading and unloading raw materials and parts into CNC machine Adjusting/offsetting Haas, Mori Seiki, CNC lathes and mills Examine complete workpieces for defects. Measure complete workpieces to verify conformance. Using gauges and measuring devices Reading blueprints; familiar with G codes Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and dust particles. Maintain a clean work area.Minimum Requirements: 6+ months of CNC Operation in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but not required; will accept 6+ months experience with fabrication &/or operating machines and equipment in a manufacturing setting. Effective communication skills. Train fast and easy with the ability to be able to operate on your own with minimal assistance within your probation period.
