Position Summary:

The Concierge Clinical Nurse at Benessair is a highly skilled RN who specializes in both advanced IV therapies and personalized client care navigation. This role combines clinical expertise in infusion therapy with proactive client engagement, including routine check-ins, care coordination, and wellness optimization. The Concierge Clinical Nurse serves as the consistent point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring seamless communication, adherence to care plans, and personalized support to enhance the client experience and outcomes.

Clinical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, fluids, and advanced therapies via intravenous (IV) line, central line, or venous access port with high proficiency.
• Serve as a resource to staff and physicians for IV access, line placement, and troubleshooting complications.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all infusion therapies offered at Benessair, including pre-treatment screening, monitoring patient response, and post-therapy assessment.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, including nursing plans of care, medication profiles, visit notes, and discharge summaries.
• Maintain IV supplies, health code compliance for infusion rooms, and adhere to all infection control and safety standards.
• Occasional travel within 50 miles of the health center for client care.

Concierge/Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive client check-ins, tracking engagement, wellness goals, health screenings, lab results, and specialist visits.
• Build lasting rapport with clients through consistent, personalized communication and care navigation.
• Monitor adherence to wellness and treatment plans, making recommendations for follow-up visits, lab draws, and health screenings.
• Document client interactions, preferences, and personal notes to ensure continuity of care and a personalized client experience.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams to facilitate optimal client outcomes, escalating concerns and following up on interventions as needed.
• Serve as a professional representative of Benessair in all client communications, both in-person and virtually.

Team and Training Responsibilities:

• Assist in orientation and training of nursing staff, serving as a clinical and concierge educator as requested.
• Provide support for quality improvement initiatives, policy updates, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Current NCLEX-RN licensure
• Advanced IV therapy skills and experience in complex infusion modalities
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and client engagement skills
