The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood life plan community, is hiring a Director of Sales - Senior Living. The Sales Director is responsible for achieving sales goals established by executive leadership.

** Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000/year plus Commission ** Relocation Assistance Available!

To be successful in this role you would have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other applicable degree; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
• Prior Senior Living experience preferred.
• Current/prior experience networking, conducting tours, and making sales presentations to prospective residents.
• Current/prior sales experience in senior living, including Independent Living and Assisted Living that requires an entrance fee, is highly desirable.
• Leading and coordinating marketing events to build community awareness and engagement and networking is preferred.
• Current/prior experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and other community leaders.
• Valid driver’s license.
