We are seeking a versatile and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be the go-to person for a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises for safety, upkeep, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Assist with the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven maintenance experience with a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
