• Consults on Med/Surg or ED floors (infrequent)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active NY license required
• Board: Board Eligible (within 5 years)
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Experience: Experience in geriatric psychiatry preferred
• Other Qualifications: Willing to train on Meditech; flexible and personable; team player
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide psychiatric care to geriatric inpatients
• Complete daily rounds and patient assessments
• Be available for overnight in-house call
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Participate in documentation and dictation as required
Shifts available for both nights and days. Rate: $70/hr. Pt load 4-6 dependent on holds and influx of patients. ACLS, PALS, BLS and NiHSS required. Per Diem.
