Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Roll-Off Truck Driver, where your expertise in preparing, loading, and transporting waste is essential! In this role, you will operate a Roll-Off vehicle, navigating both busy roadways and tight spaces to ensure efficient waste management from sewer plants to landfill sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Roll-Off truck to and from designated job sites.
• Engage in effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Prepare your truck and tools for each job, maximizing efficiency.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols during your route.
• Respond promptly to trouble and emergency calls as required.
• Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations, ensuring safe driving practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations and be available for overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed for safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $25.00 to $29.00, depending on factors like experience and location.

Work Environment:

• You will frequently work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Enjoy a degree of independence while also interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL B driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Able to pass DOT drug screenings and medical evaluations.
• High-School Diploma or GED is required.
