Senior Accountant
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• The Senior Accountant will own the day-to-day accounting activities including GL, AP/AR, inventory, and reconciliations
• Drive timely and accurate month-end and year-end close and prepare detailed financial reports and statements
• Assist in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis to help drive data-informed decisions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls while identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to enhance cross-functional efficiency
• Maintain and support ERP systems—particularly Business Central—and leverage Power BI for data insights
• The Senior Accountant will also play a key role in supporting internal/external audits and implementing best practices
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, plus 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• ERP system experience (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills
• Flexible, hands-on Senior Accountant with inventory exposure and a broad accounting background (not siloed)
