Overview We’re looking for a new team member based in or relocating to Atlanta to join our team as a Marketing Account Manager. This is a role well-suited for someone early in their career with agency or marketing experience. We’re seeking candidates who have 2-3 years of experience, an interest in the mission-driven sector, a background in digital marketing / SEO, and a love of presenting and client engagement. Previous SEO experience is a plus but not required, as we’ll teach you in the role. Responsibilities Manage multiple client accounts and provide quick answers to marketing questions. Lead monthly check-ins with clients to review marketing strategy and progress, and present insights to the client and internal team. Analyze marketing data and provide strategic recommendations to grow client relationships through value-added consulting. Serve as the key point of contact for clients’ relationship with the agency. Develop and present a 6-month content strategy for client websites and obtain client buy-in. Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot SEO issues and explore innovative solutions. Propose opportunities to deepen engagement with clients and expand the agency’s relationships. Lead internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time and aligned with client expectations. Identify and fix technical SEO issues on client websites. Present to stakeholders at CEO, CMO, Director, and Manager levels. Qualifications 2-3 years of marketing experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and work through obstacles. Ability to work independently with strong time management and prioritization skills. Professional track record (preferably in an office setting). Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning new software. Comfortable managing a high volume of emails and tasks.
