Job Description

Overview MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Technical Management Consultant to support the Office of Stockpile Sustainment (OSS), NA-12. The OSS maintains and enhances the safety, reliability, and performance of the US nuclear weapon stockpile. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Monitor Program and Project Execution and Schedule including those assigned by sites. Participate in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (PPBE) for current programs, new projects following phase 6, and follow-on projects assigned by sites. Track Budget Variances. Act as subject matter expert to inform key strategic decisions made by the Strategic Material FPM. Understand, interpret, and inform on the CD process and milestones. Participate in site reviews and Product Realization Teams. Give guidance and perspective on site procedures to federal programmatic staff. Conduct cost, technical, human resource, schedule and resource allocation analysis. Conduct surveys and other special studies to identify gaps in human or technical resources. Identify requirements, interfaces, and integration issues and provide recommended resolutions based on sound engineering rationale supported by thorough and comprehensive analysis. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration Minimum ten (10) years of experience leading large teams and managing multiple projects Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills. Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire an SCI. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business administration or PMP certification Experience with DOE/NNSA Location This is a full-time position in Washington, DC 20585, Germantown, MD 20874 or Albuquerque, NM 87123 USA Salary Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate’s related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
