Job Details

Our commercial litigation practice handles sophisticated business disputes that often involve multiple parties, jurisdictions, and complex financial or legal issues.

Practice Areas Include:

• Breach of contract and general business disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Tortious interference and other business torts
• Directors’ and officers’ liability (D&O)
• Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation
• Franchise and dealership disputes
• Construction litigation and lien enforcement
• Insurance coverage disputes involving commercial policies
• Fraud, misrepresentation, and NJ Consumer Fraud Act claims
• Injunctive and equitable relief (TROs, preliminary and permanent injunctions)

Looking For:

• J.D. and active license in New Jersey
• Minimum 2+ years of commercial or complex business litigation experience
• Experience in one or more of the above practice areas preferred
